We adopt a range of strategic and operational functions to maintain the highest quality service standards, including:
- Regular and open communication (critical to providing a service that is trouble free).
- Flexibility - we understand the changing nature of our business and our clients’ needs and requirements and respond accordingly.
- Log Books - simple two-way communication tool for the purpose of communicating simple requests and the speedy resolution of any minor day-to-day issues.
- Quality Control Reports - provided to our customer’s on-site representative and completed on all areas of the cleaning operation.
- Regular inspections and monitoring of cleaning performance by our operations team (an opportunity to discuss any issues or requests your management and staff may have).
- Ongoing consultation with your management and staff to discuss any issues or special needs and to work at ways of enhancing our service.
- Detailed job plans and maintenance programs customized for each site.
- Our area supervisors are on site daily to ensure the smooth performance of your cleaning operation. Regular site visits follow to monitor service levels and support cleaning personnel.
- Operations management will then oversee the day-to-day cleaning operation on each site.
- Member of Master Cleaners Association of New Zealand where we are involved in a selected industry drive to introduce improved quality assurance programmes.
