Jeremy Scantlebury - Managing Director

Jeremy is a former professional yachtsman and project/construction manager within the marine industry. A large part of his sailing career (1987-2000) was as a key member of Team New Zealand,  where he was an integral part of the winning campaign, and successful Defence of the America’s Cup in 1995 and 2000. 

His role in the 2000 Campaign was multifaceted. While an integral part of the racing crew as Pitman, Jeremy was also Project/Construction Manager (Design Team), responsible for the forecasting and management of new boat budgeting, deck construction and layout, interior sailing systems and design and the interface between the sailors and the design team. During this time, Jeremy was also the Programme/Boat Coordinator responsible for crew co-ordination and weekly planning, budgeting, boat systems and maintenance. 

Following his successful career with Team New Zealand, Jeremy continued as a consultant within the America’s Cup and competed in numerous international yachting regattas on the match racing circuit including the Whitbread Around the World Yacht Race, The Admirals Cup and Kenwood Cups. 

With more than 35 years within the marine and competitive yachting arena, Jeremy has a unique and in-depth understanding of high level performance and service excellence, complex operational projects, challenges and solutions and developing a winning team.

He joined the specialist commercial and retail cleaning industry in 2003 when he and Jodie purchased Rabco Cleaning Services. Fusion Property Group was formed following the successful merger with Rosebuds Cleaning in 2014.

Jodie Scantlebury - Director

Jodie has an extensive background in strategic public relations, events management and marketing from years of in-house and consultancy roles held across a broad range of industry sectors. Her clients included Sky City, Lion Breweries, Sun Microsystems, Bluebird and Qantas, to name a few. 

Jodie was the Public Relations Manager for Tourism Auckland before being appointed as Director of the International Media Resource Unit - an initiative between Tourism Auckland and Tourism New Zealand designed to leverage  international media coverage from the international media attending the mega events leading up to and including 2000. This involved setting up and running the facility and collaborating with event organisers of the Rally of New Zealand, World Cup of Golf, Millennium Celebrations, APEC and the America’s Cup to put New Zealand on the world stage as a tourist destination.

Jodie also founded her own jewellery business in 2009 and continues to run an online store for her range DANE Jewellery. 

Together, Jeremy and Jodie are committed and focused on building a strong, reliable and professional team and successful long-term business partnerships and delivering on their service promise to provide high quality and consistent service standards to their valued clients.

Maurice Robinson - National Operations Manager

Maurice draws on a wealth of knowledge and expertise in his role as National Operations Manager. 

Responsible for all day to day operations, including logistics, auditing and quality control systems, tender evaluation, submission and execution, staff training and customer relations, Maurice works closely with the Directors and the Fusion team to ensure we provide the highest quality of workmanship and service at all times.

With a dedicated team of Area Managers and Supervisors, Maurice ensures all logistical and technical elements of our sites are in place, monitors our auditing and quality control systems and works hard to ensure our team are on target to meet our clients daily needs and requirements and, where possible, exceed expectations. 

Arthur Skelton - Manager - Hard Floor Care/Specialist Cleaning 

Arthur has spent more than 40 years in the industry and is an expert in hard -floor care and specialist cleaning. He has led Fusions’ highly specialised polish team for more than 7 years and is responsible for the seamless management, scheduling and roll-out of this integral part of Fusion’s business.

Arthur and his team are recognised as leaders in their field, delivering a high quality of workmanship in all areas of hard floor care, maintenance and refurbishment. The team work hard at providing optimum results with customised and specialised solutions for our broad client base.

Sazia Khan - Human Resources Manager

With a front line team of more than 250 personnel, Sazia utilises a solid background in human resources to ensure all Area Managers and Supervisors have the most experienced and dedicated personnel to meet all our clients on-site requirements and needs.
